Job Description

Seeking an experienced pharmaceutical quality assurance professional with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification to evaluate and improve end-to-end manufacturing processes. This role will focus on process mapping, workflow analysis, and identifying bottlenecks to improve operational efficiency and support continued organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct GEMBA walks, time studies, and process flow assessments across manufacturing departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate current workflows and identify inefficiencies.
• Develop process maps and identify bottlenecks, improvement opportunities, and potential solutions.
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to leadership to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing operations and prepare for future growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality assurance.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• Strong background in process improvement, workflow analysis, and root cause identification.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
