Process Improvement Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage factory development and improvement projects to enhance equipment performance and operational efficiency.
• Supervise contractors and ensure all work complies with project specifications and company safety standards.
• Coordinate inspections and maintenance activities related to safety systems, including fire protection, gas, and chemical systems.
• Propose engineering solutions and improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and other related departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Prepare project reports, technical documentation, and progress updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in factory engineering, maintenance, project engineering, or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of factory utilities, equipment improvement, and safety systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Experience with Minitab is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis or engineering applications will be a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
