We’re looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support and improve production lines within a manufacturing/assembly environment.

Production process development & improvement
Lean Manufacturing & continuous improvement
Root cause analysis & troubleshooting
Production equipment & line optimization
Standard Work Instructions & technical documentation
Cost reduction and efficiency improvements
Capital improvement & equipment upgrade projects
Cross-functional work with Production, Quality & Maintenance
📍 Full-time onsite – Tipton, PA
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
💼 4–6 years of manufacturing experience preferred
