Process improvement manager

About the role

We are seeking a Process Improvement Manager to join APINYA GROUP CO., LTD. in Rayong on a full-time basis. In this strategic position, you will be responsible for identifying, analysing and implementing process improvements across our operations. This role is critical to enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs and driving continuous improvement throughout the organisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimise workflows, streamline procedures and ensure that our processes meet the highest standards of performance and quality.

Key responsibilities

1. Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting comprehensive analysis of current workflows and operational procedures
2. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce waste and improve overall productivity
3. Lead process mapping and redesign projects to streamline operations across multiple departments
4. Analyse data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements and track key performance indicators
5. Collaborate with department heads and operational teams to understand pain points and gather feedback on existing processes
6. Create documentation, standard operating procedures and training materials for improved processes
7. Manage process improvement projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery
8. Monitor and report on the results and benefits realised from process improvements
9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage employee suggestions for operational enhancements
10. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in process design and implementation

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering ,Mechatronics Engineering ,Industrial Engineering
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, operations management or project management roles
3. Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies
4. Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use analytical tools to support decision-making
5. Excellent project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
7. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with diverse departments
8. Proficiency in process mapping tools and business analysis software
9. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and commitment to achieving measurable results
10. Experience in manufacturing, engineering or related industrial sectors is highly desirable
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
