Process Improvement Manager

CRK Partners is looking for a Process Improvement Manager to help us find better ways to get work done across the business.

This role is a good fit for someone who naturally notices where a process is slowing people down, creating unnecessary work, or causing the same problems to happen over and over.

What You'll Do

• Review current workflows and identify opportunities to make them simpler and more efficient
• Work with employees and managers to understand where problems are occurring
• Develop practical solutions and help put them into place
• Document processes and create clear procedures when needed
• Track results to see whether changes are actually working
• Help improve accuracy, turnaround times, and overall productivity
• Coordinate process improvement projects from start to finish
• Look for opportunities to reduce unnecessary steps and repetitive work
• Assist with reporting and operational performance tracking
• Help teams adjust to new processes, systems, and procedures
• Work with leadership on larger operational improvement projects

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, project management, business analysis, finance operations, quality, or a related area preferred
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with different teams and departments
• Able to take a problem, understand what's causing it, and develop a practical solution
• Experience working with reports, spreadsheets, or operational data
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant professional experience will also be considered

Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement training is helpful but not required.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
