Job Summary

We are looking for a Process Improvement Officer who will be responsible for developing, documenting, implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving the company's business processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and operational systems.

The ideal candidate has experience in process improvement, business process management, quality assurance, or operations and is passionate about driving operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Graduates of Management Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Organizational Development, or other related courses are welcome to apply.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant work experience in process improvement, quality assurance, business process management, operations, organizational development, or related functions.
• Retail industry experience is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, process maps, and work instructions.
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Lead and support process improvement initiatives across different departments.
• Coordinate the implementation of new or revised processes and ensure smooth adoption across teams.
• Conduct compliance audits and monitor adherence to established SOPs and company policies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes and recommend continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with department heads and cross-functional teams to standardize best practices and resolve operational challenges.
• Prepare reports, process documentation, presentations, and performance analyses for management.
• Perform other duties and special projects related to process improvement as assigned.
