Process Improvement Officer

• Process Improvement Support:
• Support process analysis and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Assist in documenting current processes and preparing process flow diagrams.
• Participate in process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Support implementation and monitoring of process improvement actions.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Collect, validate, and analyze operational data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Monitor business KPIs and provide regular performance reporting.
• Prepare analytical summaries and recommendations.
• Automation & Tool Development:
• Develop and maintain automated reporting tools using Excel and VBA.
• Build templates and standardized reporting formats.
• Improve data preparation and reporting processes through automation.
• Support data cleansing and transformation activities.
• Cross-functional Coordination:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Male or Female, age not over 35 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Information System, Information Technology or related fields.
• Has experience in MS Excel (Macro/VBA), Power BI, Dashboard at least 2-3 years with advance level.
• Able to work under pressure, good team player, and good coordination skills.
• Good command of English business spoken and written.
• Basic knowledge of SQL (query, join, aggregate) for data extraction and reporting.
• Basic programming skills in Python (data manipulation, automation scripts).
• Understanding of database concepts (relational database, data warehouse fundamentals).
• Familiarity with API concepts (REST API, JSON) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of version control (Git/GitHub) is a plus.
• Interest in AI/LLM tools and willingness to learn new technologies (e.g., AI-assisted workflows, automation).
• Visualization as a basic for Power-BI.
