Salary: 32,000 THB - 45,000 THB (As a Total)

Job Descriptions:

1. Business Process Improvement

Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for increased efficiency and productivity.

Assist in reviewing and documenting current workflows, including the development of process flowcharts.

Contribute to process enhancement projects aimed at streamlining operations and minimizing manual activities.

Follow up on improvement initiatives and support the implementation of revised processes.

2. Data Analysis & Business Reporting

Gather and verify operational data from various internal sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Create, update, and maintain business reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI and Excel.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports for relevant stakeholders.

Analyze data and provide insights, summaries, and recommendations to support business decisions.

3. Automation & Reporting Solutions

Design, develop, and maintain automated reporting solutions using Excel and VBA.

Create standardized templates and reporting formats to improve consistency and efficiency.

Identify opportunities to automate repetitive data preparation and reporting tasks.

Support data cleansing, transformation, and preparation to ensure reliable reporting outputs.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with business users and relevant departments to understand reporting needs and gather requirements.

Provide guidance and basic training to users on dashboards, reports, and developed tools.

Support user testing, implementation, and rollout of new processes and reporting solutions.

Prepare and maintain documentation covering developed tools, workflows, and operational procedures.

5. Other Responsibilities

Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or another related discipline.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Process Improvement (IT), or a similar function.
3. Working knowledge of SQL, including basic queries, joins, and aggregate functions.
4. Proficiency in Python for data processing, manipulation, and automation tasks.
5. Understanding of relational database structures and fundamental data warehouse concepts.
6. Familiarity with Power BI and basic data visualization techniques.
7. Knowledge or exposure to REST APIs and JSON will be an advantage.
8. Basic familiarity with Git/GitHub is preferred.
9. Interest in AI and LLM technologies, with a willingness to explore and adopt new digital tools.
10. Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with an interest in improving business processes.
11. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
12. Intermediate English proficiency, both written and spoken.
