What they need
Our client a MNC Logistics Company is now looking a Process Improvement Officer to join their team
Responsibilities:
- Review current air freight processes and redesign standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Monitor global performance metrics, identify operational bottlenecks, and generate regular progress reports.
- Act as the local bridge for Global Headquarters to implement international projects rollouts.
- Train local teams on new systems and audit international gateways to ensure long-term compliance.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years in Air Freight / Freight Forwarding, with experience on process optimization or project management.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen).
- Systems: Familiarity with global logistics software (e.g., CargoWise) is a strong plus.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
