About Us
Clicktek Consulting and yGen Innovations deliver end-to-end RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) services to enterprise clients across multiple industries. Our team works embedded with client organizations to solve complex talent and technology challenges at scale.
We are building an experienced Lean / TIMWOODS facilitator bench to support active and incoming client engagements in multi-country shared service environments. If you have a genuine track record of running live, client-facing continuous improvement workshops across back-office and shared services functions, we want to hear from you.
What the Work Looks Like
Depending on the engagement, Lean / TIMWOODS Facilitators typically work on:
Facilitating 90-minute Lean/TIMWOODS waste-identification workshops for individual delivery towers, such as IT Development & Support, Customer Services, and Finance / Accounts Payable
Running a cross-tower session roughly two weeks after the initial workshops, focused on the seams and handoffs between towers
Teaching the eight wastes (TIMWOODS) in a tight, time-boxed segment using each team's own recent, real examples rather than manufacturing analogies
Leading silent written generation, clustering, dot-voting within categories, and rapid impact/effort sizing exercises with participants
Closing every session with three owned actions, each with a named owner and a date
Building a one-page waste register per identified item, capturing owner, first step, date, and measure
Baselining headline improvement measures across IT, Customer Service, and Finance domains within the first session
Designing a 90-day improvement cadence (weekly huddles, monthly tower reviews, quarterly cross-tower waste walks) and handing it over so client leads can run it independently
What We Look For
Must Have
5+ years of facilitation experience in shared services, BPO, or back-office continuous improvement, not a manufacturing-only background
5+ years of experience in a Continuous Improvement / Lean facilitation role, such as Continuous Improvement Facilitator, Lean Facilitator, Process Excellence Facilitator, Operational Excellence (OpEx) Lead, or Continuous Improvement Lead
Ability to teach Lean concepts through a team's own real, recent examples rather than manufacturing analogies
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the neutrality to redirect a senior lead to participate rather than run the room
Hands-on facilitation technique: silent written generation, clustering, dot-voting, and rapid impact/effort sizing, not lecture-style delivery
Working fluency in IT, Customer Service, and Finance/AP operational metrics, for example deployment frequency and MTTR, first contact resolution and repeat contact, touchless percent and cost per invoice
Track record of baselining every headline measure in the first session and handing over a sustainable improvement cadence
Strong Advantage
Experience taking harder issues into structured problem-solving methods such as A3/PDCA, and applying DMAIC judiciously only where real variation data exists
Background in demand analysis (value vs. failure demand) and cross-functional value stream mapping
Experience implementing daily management systems and visual management boards
Multi-region or hybrid delivery experience facilitating distributed, cross-cultural teams
A named track record of client teams successfully running follow-on improvement waves independently after handover
Nice to Have
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification (practitioner track record matters more than the certificate itself)
Experience designing pre-work and data-collection frameworks that participants bring into a session
Disciplined eliminate-simplify-automate sequencing, with the judgment to resist an early push toward tooling, RPA, or AI platforms before waste is properly named
Frameworks and Methods We Work With
Experience with any of these is a strong advantage. You do not need all of them.
- TIMWOODS / 8 Wastes
- A3 / PDCA
- DMAIC
- Value Stream Mapping
- Daily Management Boards
- Visual Management
- Affinity Clustering & Dot-Voting
- Waste Registers & Trackers
- Lean Six Sigma
- Demand Analysis (Value vs Failure Demand)
