Role Summary

You will be responsible for assisting engineers with new product introduction (NTO), performing data analysis, executing experimental lots, and ensuring compliance with manufacturing flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Support NTO setup, including control plans, lot coordination, and failure analysis.
• Perform inline and WAT data analysis using established tools and methodologies.
• Prepare and execute experimental lot requests, ensuring accurate implementation.
• Drive compliance with manufacturing flow changes and automation requirements.
• Partner with production, process, product, and module engineering teams to support qualification and customer-critical lots.
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

• Diploma in a relevant STEM field (Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with semiconductor process modules such as Thin Films, Etching, Photolithography, Diffusion, or WAT is preferred.
