Process Integration Engineer

Job Summary:

• Location: Tampines Industrial Crescent
• Salary: Basic up to $5500 + AWS
• Working Hours: 5 days per week

Job Responsibilities:

• Own MEMS microphone process integration across the full lifecycle, from concept and prototyping through NPI, pilot, and mass production.
• Develop robust, scalable, and cost-effective process flows, with strong focus on DFM, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with foundry teams, TD, PI, and module owners to qualify, optimize, and sustain critical MEMS processes such as DRIE, thin-film deposition, lithography, and sacrificial release.
• Lead FA, RCA, yield improvement, and reliability problem-solving, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Act as the technical bridge between foundries and internal Design, Packaging, Reliability, and Test teams, supporting process transfers, design reviews, tape-outs, and NPI ramp-up.
• Drive process development and innovation through experiments, material evaluation, process documentation, Lab-to-Fab/Fab-to-Fab transfers, and support for patents, publications, and R&D projects.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with experience in module processes, process integration, or microfabrication R&D are also encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience in MEMS fabrication, cleanroom processing, metrology, and failure analysis; experience with MEMS microphones or related sensors is an advantage.
• Proficiency in DOE, process characterization, and data analysis using tools such as JMP or Python; familiarity with SEM, AFM, nanoindentation, or profilometry is an advantage.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary R&D environment.
