Process Integration Engineer (Semiconductor foundry)

Responsibilities

• Support new product introduction, tape-out and pilot production to ensure successful launch.
• Drive yield improvement and maintain stable inline, WAT and CP performance during mass production.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for daily operations.
• Work with module engineers to troubleshoot production, yield and reliability issues.
• Develop customized processes to meet customer-specific requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or related fields.
• Experience in semiconductor devices, wafer fabrication or related areas.
• Semiconductor process engineering or foundry experience is preferred.
• Good communication and time management skills with a strong sense of responsibility.
