Process Integration Engineer (Wafer Fab)

• Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
• Basic salary up $8500 + AWS + VB + Allowance
• West Area (company transport provided)

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with semiconductor foundries to develop and optimise process flows
• Analyse and interpret process specifications and PDK information to support design teams
• Evaluate new process technologies and support technology development activities
• Work with foundries on failure analysis, root cause investigation and process improvement initiatives
• Analyse yield data, optimise process windows and support reliability improvement activities
• Act as the technical interface between design teams and foundry partners to ensure alignment between design and manufacturing processes
• Support tape-out activities, including mask data preparation and process documentation review
• Monitor production yield and process parameters to identify potential issues and drive corrective actions

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Microelectronics, Materials Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• Strong understanding of semiconductor process flows and IC manufacturing technologies
• Experience in process integration, process development, yield improvement or semiconductor technology development is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve process-related issues
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering teams and international partner
