Process Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process design and engineering deliverables.
• Prepare and review PFDs, P&IDs, heat and material balances and process datasheets.
• Perform process simulations and equipment sizing.
• Review hydraulic calculations, relief systems and utility requirements.
• Develop process design basis, philosophies and specifications.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Piping, Instrumentation, Electrical and Safety disciplines.
• Review vendor documents and package engineering.
• Participate in HAZOP, design reviews and technical meetings.
• Ensure process deliverables meet project specifications and applicable standards.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of process engineering experience.
• Strong Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical or EPC/EPCC background.
• Proficiency in process simulation software such as Aspen HYSYS or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing and process calculations.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary process engineering teams preferred.

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
