Process Leader

Brief Objective of the Role: The Talent Management Trainer plays a pivotal role within the Talent Management (TM) team, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact training programs that enhance the capabilities of our workforce. This role bridges the gap between knowledge and application — empowering employees with both the interpersonal (soft) skills and technical proficiency needed to thrive in their roles. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator and facilitator who leads by example, inspires learning, and can translate complex concepts into accessible, engaging content for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with operations to identify training and development needs for on-role employees, plan, and deliver regular calendar and ad-hoc trainings round the year.
• Adapt training content and delivery methods to meet the needs of different learning styles and audiences (entry-level through senior staff).
• Develop training materials including presentations, workbooks, job aids, e-learning modules, and assessments.
• Deliver workshops, bootcamps, webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions as required. Facilitate engaging sessions on interpersonal and professional development.
• Carry out trainings for new joiners and manage, enhance, and deliver signature Acuity Training Academy training programs for new hires.
• Collaborate with operations to identify training and development needs for on-role employees, plan, and deliver regular calendar and ad-hoc trainings round the year.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration , Finance, Economics or related fields .
• 4–6 years of hands-on professional experience in roles that make heavy use of Excel and database management — such as data analysis, financial reporting, operations management, business intelligence, or similar data-intensive functions. Training, facilitation and/or coaching experience is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with managers or HR partners to identify skill gaps and translate them into targeted training interventions for both technical and interpersonal areas.
• Formal certifications and/or completed courses are a plus, particularly as an instructor.
