Process Line Operator

What would you do with three days off. Every. Single. Week?

Go fishing. Take the kids somewhere. Get stuck into that project you’ve been pretending you’ll finish for six months.

Or sit on the couch in your undies eating Shapes.

Your weekend. Your business.

Because this job runs Monday to Thursday, 5:30am–3:30pm.

You knock over your 38 hours across four days and, come Thursday arvo, you’re done.

Actually done.

Now, it’s not a cushy little factory number.

It’s hot. It’s physical. And you’ll be working around molten lead.

You’ll operate the casting line, pumps and agitators, skim impurities, prep ingots for shipping and help with crane work, strapping, wrapping and labelling.

You’ll wear full PPE, including a full-face respirator, so you’ll need to be clean-shaven.

The trade-off? The roster is bloody hard to beat.

• $34- $35 p/h + super
• 38 hours across Monday–Thursday
• Every Friday off
• No forklift ticket needed. They’’ll train and ticket you within six months

You don’t need to know every piece of equipment from day one.

You do need to be comfortable in a hot industrial environment, take safety seriously and reliably turn up for the four days that count.

The crew know what they’re doing. They’ll teach you the gear and have your back while you learn.

And every Thursday afternoon?

Your weekend starts.

Not occasionally.
