Process Maintenance Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with Production on maintenance schedules, troubleshooting, and repairs.
2. Perform and oversee maintenance, repair, and machine program adjustments.
3. Support new machine setup, commissioning, and maintenance data preparation.
4. Evaluate subcontractor performance and propose machine modifications.
5. Provide recommendations on facility improvements and spare part procurement.
6. Assist R&D in trials and prepare regular activity reports.
7. Propose manpower needs for the section.

Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
3. Strong knowledge of confectionery production machines (Dissolver, Cooker, Stamping, Cooling Conveyor, Wrapper, Carton Sealer, Printer, etc.).
4. Proficient in Maintenance Management Systems, Maintenance Scheduling, and TPM.
5. Solid understanding of Electrical Systems, PLC, Servo, and Mechatronics.
6. Skilled in Troubleshooting, Automation, and Problem Solving.
7. Ability to use CAD Drawing software, Microsoft Office, and Data Analysis tools.
8. Strong report writing and documentation skills.
