Process Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Process Manager to manage day-to-day operations, ensure achievement of business targets, and maintain high standards of productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

Key Responsibilities
*Manage and supervise daily operations of the assigned process.
*Confirm the qualified appointment by the clients
*Lead and motivate Team Leaders and process executives/agents.
*Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
*Track team performance, productivity, quality check .
*Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
*Coordinate with HR, Quality, Training, and other departments.
*Prepare and analyse daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
*Conduct team meetings, briefings, and performance discussions.

Required Skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
*Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
*Good knowledge of MS Excel .
