• Title / Designation: Manager – Process Transformation
• Location: Manila, Pasay

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean, and digital solutions to drive efficiency, cost optimization, and measurable business impact.
• Identify and analyse improvement opportunities through data-driven insights, process mapping, and diagnostics
• Deliver large-scale transformation programs, including automation and digital initiatives, ensuring sustainable results
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive change management and ensure successful implementation
• Mentor and coach teams, embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Candidate requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in process excellence / transformation with a proven track record of delivering high-impact initiatives
• Strong expertise in analytics, problem-solving, and change management methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience in digital transformation, automation, or process optimization tools is preferred
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Green belt.
