Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Process Mining Analyst to join our Business Transformation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with process mining platforms like Celonis and a strong analytical mindset to visualize, evaluate, and optimize end-to-end business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute process mining analyses using Celonis, Apromore, or similar platforms to visualize and evaluate end-to-end business processes
• Extract and analyze event log data from enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, BPM systems) to create accurate process models
• Configure Process Adherence Manager and Copilot by integrating process data, defining adherence rules, and enabling automated deviation detection and AI-driven insights.
• Correlate task-level and process-level data to provide holistic insights into operational performance
• Create comprehensive process mining dashboards, reports, and presentations with actionable insights
• Support change management and process optimization initiatives by collaborating with business units
• Develop and maintain process mining models, data connectors, and analytical frameworks
• Document findings, methodologies, and process improvement recommendations for stakeholder review
• Stay updated on process mining tools, advanced analytics techniques, and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, IT, or related field
• 2–5 years of professional experience in process mining, process analysis, or business operations optimization
• Hands-on experience with Celonis, Apromore, or similar process mining platforms
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis (Python, R, or equivalent)
• Expertise with data visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)
• Understanding of business process management (BPM), Lean, and process improvement methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong communication skills with ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to agentic automation via MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud stacks (S3, Bedrock, Kiros, Databricks, Synapse, Lambda, EC2)
• Experience with API integration and data pipeline development
• Background in digital transformation or process automation programs
• Understanding of event log standards and process mining methodologies (CRISP-DM, Disco, Celonis Academy)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile or SAFe environments
