We are looking for an experienced Process Modeller / Process Analyst to join a large and complex organisation based in Utrecht.

You will be responsible for analysing, documenting and modelling business processes using ARIS and BPMN , working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure processes are accurate, validated and aligned with established standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and document existing business processes
• Develop process flows using BPMN
• Create and maintain process models in ARIS
• Conduct process inventories and stakeholder interviews
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions
• Process feedback and review comments
• Ensure process models align with wider organisational standards
• Support governance, compliance, audits and continuous process improvement
• Maintain progress updates and action lists

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in process analysis and process modelling
• Strong hands-on experience with ARIS - mandatory
• Strong knowledge of BPMN
• Experience working within a large, complex organisation (5,000+ employees/workplaces)
• Strong analytical and advisory capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Able to work independently and quickly bring structure to complex environments
• HBO/WO level of working and thinking
• Fluent Dutch, both spoken and written - mandatory
