JOB DESCRIPTION – PROCESS OPERATOR

Experience: 2–5 Years Preferred

Job Purpose

To operate and monitor edible oil refinery process equipment, with specific responsibility for Bleacher and Deo operations, ensuring efficient production, product quality, and safe plant operations.

Mandatory Requirements

• Edible Oil Industry experience is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in both Bleacher and Deo operations is mandatory.
• Candidates without experience in the edible oil industry and both processes will not be considered.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Bleacher and Deo equipment and associated process systems.
• Maintain process parameters as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the assigned process section.
• Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities to the Shift In-charge.
• Maintain process logs, production records, and operational data.
• Follow plant safety procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve process-related issues.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safe working practices in the assigned area.
• Support continuous improvement in process efficiency and operational performance.

Candidate Profile

• Industry Exposure: Experience in the edible oil industry is compulsory.
• Technical Experience: Practical, hands-on experience in Bleacher and Deo operations is compulsory.
• Qualification: ITI, Diploma, or a relevant technical qualification preferred.
• Experience Level: Preferably 2–5 years in edible oil refinery operations.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Good understanding of plant safety, process parameters, and equipment operation.
• Responsible, disciplined, and capable of working in a team.
