About the role
We are seeking an energetic Process Operator to join our production team based in Avondale. This is a six-month fixed-term position to provide temporary cover while an existing employee is absent from work. This is primarily daytime shift work. You will work Monday to Friday, with hours being either 8.00 am to 4.30 pm or 10.00 am to 6.30 pm.
Key responsibilities
- Production operator duties in a manufacturing environment
- Read and understand manufacturing instruction sheets
- Perform heavy lifting up to 25 kg
About you
- Manufacturing experience
- A forklift licence
- Good communication skills
- A reasonable level of computer literacy
- Initiative
- Basic arithmetic skills
- Be a team player
- Physically fit as some heavy lifting is required up to 25 kg
