Process Operator Role - NSW Mining

About the role

As a Process Operator, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of mining facilities, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of mining equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a variety of mining equipment, including Pumps, SCADA Systems, and some Mobile plant, to extract and transport materials
• Perform regular maintenance and inspections on mining equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Collaborate with the mining team to identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to equipment usage, maintenance, and production

About you

• Proven experience as a Process Operator or similar role in Heavy industry/Manufacturing/Forestry
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
• Drivers Licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment and ongoing Drug and Alcohol Testing
