Urgent Hiring – Process Optimisation Senior Analyst – Contract Role – Remote
RED Global is currently recruiting for a Process Optimisation Analyst to join one of our key pharmaceutical clients on a major transformation programme.
This is a contract opportunity. The role is primarily remote , with occasional travel to Lisbon as required.
Key Skills & Experience
- 6-8+ years' experience in Process Optimisation
- Pharmaceutical industry experience
- Six Sigma or Lean Green Belt certification
- Process mining experience
- Hands-on process mapping using BPMN 2.0
- Experience improving cross-functional business processes
- Strong knowledge of BPM , RPA , workflow and low-code automation
- Experience with tools such as Signavio and/or GBTEC Business Information Centre
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English
