We are looking for an Process Optimisation Senior Analyst !

As a Process Optimisation (Senior) Analyst, you will be at the forefront of solving inefficiencies and unlocking additional value for the Automation/Process Mining expertise within our team. This role is perfect for those with a strong desire to gain exposure to leading edge automation techniques, experience of project team management, and lead end-to-end process analysis & simplification.

Responsabilities:

• Manage relationships with key business stakeholders across different organizational levels.
• Identify, generate, and prioritize process optimization and automation opportunities.
• Lead process improvement projects independently or in collaboration with team members.
• Conduct end-to-end process analysis and simplification initiatives.
• Assess automation and process mining opportunities, including:
• Scope assessment.
• Business value and cost analysis.
• Business case development.
• Lead and support change management activities to ensure business readiness for go-live.
• Facilitate process discovery workshops with stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using process optimization and automation methodologies.

Requirements :

Experience

• 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• Six Sigma or Lean Management Green Belt certification.
• Proven experience in analysing and redesigning complex, cross-functional business processes.
• Experience leading medium-profile projects and change management initiatives.
• Experience facilitating process discovery workshops across different stakeholder levels.
• Hands-on experience with process mapping using BPMN 2.0 (tool-agnostic).
• Experience improving service processes across multiple business functions.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of process analysis and optimization.
• Experience assessing automation and process mining opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and interpret business requirements.
• Critical thinking skills to challenge existing processes and propose improvements.

Soft Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Comfortable working in a virtual, global environment.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience participating in service transition projects.
• Experience with BPM-related technologies, including:
• Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Process Mining
• Task Mining
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Low-Code Automation
• BPM and workflow tools
• Experience delivering change implementation projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience using the Business Information Centre tool by GBTEC.
• Experience working in global organizations or international teams.

Languages

• Fluency in English.

Other

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
