Process Owner - Automotive Sector

Mission: The different activities entrusted to the Process Owner are as follows:

• Gather, analyze, and challenge business needs expressed by Business Leaders and operational entities.
• Validate CEBs and SFDs to ensure the conformity of evolutions with business processes and objectives.
• Act as the interface between business, project, and development teams to ensure proper consideration of functional needs.
• Participate in the preparation and validation of functional acceptance campaigns.
• Monitor and validate the resolution of anomalies impacting business processes.
• Draft and enrich functional test scenarios to validate the solution.
• Perform functional tests and manage anomalies via JIRA.
• Track the progress of JIRA tickets until their resolution.
• Hold meetings with Business Leaders or local teams (deployed subsidiaries/countries) when necessary for progress.
• Maintain acceptance progress KPIs and estimate workload.
• Participate in user support initiatives (interactions with the Lifecycle Team when necessary).
• Coordinate between the Team Leader and the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Supply Chain / Logistics, Information Systems, or equivalent specialization
• 1 to 3 years of experience
