What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies for continuous improvement.
- Monitor process performance using KPIs and statistical tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare process flow diagrams, SOPs, and technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose corrective actions.
- Experience on quality tool and quality basic will added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience in electronics, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of CAD tools, process simulation software, and quality systems.
- Experience in Lean Six Sigma will be advantage
