We currently looking for potential candidate with preferably requirement as below:

Process Production Supervisor

Lead and control daily batching and extrusion operations to ensure production targets, product quality, food safety, and operational efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily batching and extrusion production processes to meet production plans, quality standards, and food safety requirements.
• Monitor process parameters, machine readiness, product quality, and shift performance to ensure stable and efficient operations.
• Minimize product defects, process waste, rework, startup losses, and equipment downtime.
• Ensure compliance with SOP, Work Instructions, GMP, CCP/OPRP, 5S, hygiene, and product traceability requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, QA, PPIC, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve operational issues and maintain production continuity.
• Lead and develop production team members through coaching, performance monitoring, and enforcement of safe working practices.
• Support process trials, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production records, monitor shift performance, and ensure proper handover between shifts.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production line within a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Understanding of batching, extrusion operations, recipe control, process parameters, and shift management.
• Familiar with production performance monitoring, downtime follow-up, reporting, and production coordination.
• Knowledge of GMP, CCP/OPRP, 5S, hygiene zoning, label control, line clearance, and product traceability.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, accountable, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
