Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in the Wire & Cable industry
- Strong quality mindset with focus on process improvement and defect prevention
- Good knowledge of bunching, extrusion, coiling and laying processes
- Hands-on experience in shop-floor process quality control
- Ability to identify quality issues, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Capable of leading and guiding line supervisors
- Responsible for maintaining process quality, reducing rejections and improving production efficiency
- Good leadership, communication and team coordination skills
