What they need
Role & responsibilities
Monitor In-Process Quality
Ensure adherence to process parameters and Control plans.
Analyze defects and failures
Drive reduction of rejection, rework and Scrap
Conduct stage-wise inspection
Perform Layered Process Audits (LPA)
Maintain and review quality data
Lead continuous improvement initiatives
Coordinate with cross functional teams
Support customer quality requirements.
Technical Skills :
Knowledge of rubber compounding, curing and tyre building process,
Proficiency in SPC, MSA, and 7 QC tools
Understanding of ISO / IATF standards
Preferred candidate profile
Dip in Polymer / B.Tech Polymer / Rubber Technology with 3 Years Industries Experience
