Process Quality Engineer

• Assess quality risks during NPI phase, establish process control points, assist in manufacturing process optimization, and ensure smooth project ramp-up and mass production.
• Use quality tools (yield reports, Pareto charts, MIL, yield bridge) to analyze mass production data and drive departments to achieve yield targets.
• Lead analysis, improvement, tracking, and closure of major quality issues affecting delivery; share lessons learned.
• Lead acceptance of inspection equipment on production line; compile and analyze validation reports (200x repeatability, GR&R, correlation).
• Assist Quality Project Manager in handling major customer complaints, lead FACA completion, and follow up to closure.

Requirement

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in a science or engineering-related major.
• Skills: Able to read engineering drawings and understand measurement using 3D software.
• Experience: Prior quality engineering experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Languages: Proficient in Chinese Language (to liaise with headquarters).
