Process Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize product quality control plans to ensure effectiveness and compliance with established quality standards.
• Monitor and evaluate product quality during Trial Production and Mass Production.
• Analyze the root causes of product defects and drive corrective and preventive improvement actions.
  Handle customer complaints and resolve product quality issues.
• Promote and monitor quality improvement projects within the organization and with suppliers.
• Participate in quality reviews during the New Product Introduction (NPI) process to ensure products meet quality requirements before mass production.
• จัดทำและปรับปรุงแผนการควบคุมคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ให้มีประสิทธิภาพและสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
• ติดตามและตรวจสอบสถานะคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ในช่วงการทดลองผลิต (Trial Production) และการผลิตจำนวนมาก (Mass Production)
• วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด (Defect) และผลักดันการดำเนินการปรับปรุงแก้ไข
• รับผิดชอบการจัดการข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า และการแก้ไขปัญหาความผิดปกติด้านคุณภาพ
• ส่งเสริมและติดตามโครงการพัฒนาคุณภาพทั้งภายในองค์กรและผู้ส่งมอบ (Supplier)
• เข้าร่วมการทบทวนด้านคุณภาพในกระบวนการนำผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่เข้าสู่การผลิต (NPI: New Product Introduction) เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าผลิตภัณฑ์เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดด้านคุณภาพก่อนเริ่มการผลิตจริง

Qualifications

• Able to independently analyze and effectively resolve quality-related issues.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to prepare quality reports, Inspection Standards, and Work Instructions (WI).
• Familiar with manufacturing processes and capable of operating inspection equipment and measuring instruments.
• Able to develop, maintain, and continuously improve product quality control plans.
• Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and proficient in applying quality tools such as the 7 QC Tools, FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, and 8D Reports.
• สามารถวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาความผิดปกติด้านคุณภาพได้อย่างอิสระและมีประสิทธิภาพ
• มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และสามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Excel รวมถึงโปรแกรมสำนักงานอื่น ๆ ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• สามารถจัดทำรายงานคุณภาพ มาตรฐานการตรวจสอบ (Inspection Standard) และคู่มือการปฏิบัติงาน (Work Instruction) ได้
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการผลิต และสามารถใช้งานอุปกรณ์ตรวจสอบและเครื่องมือวัดต่าง ๆ ได้
• สามารถจัดทำ พัฒนา และปรับปรุงแผนการควบคุมคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• มีความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบบริหารคุณภาพ (Quality Management System: QMS) และสามารถประยุกต์ใช้เครื่องมือคุณภาพ (Quality Tools) ต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างชำนาญ เช่น 7 QC Tools, FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP และ 8D Report เป็นต้น.
