Process Quality Engineer

• Ensure product quality meets customer, regulatory, and company requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Investigate product quality issues, customer complaints, and RMA cases by conducting root cause analysis using quality tools (e.g., 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Analyze quality data, customer feedback, yield, and defect trends to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous quality enhancement.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), product qualification, validation, engineering changes (ECO), and product transfer activities to ensure quality requirements are achieved.
• Develop, implement, and maintain product quality standards, inspection criteria, control plans, and quality documentation.
• Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, and Production teams to resolve product quality issues and improve product reliability and manufacturability.
• Oversee incoming material quality and support supplier quality improvement initiatives, including the management of non-conforming materials.
• Monitor product performance through quality metrics and KPIs, and prepare reports for management review.
• Support internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or other applicable quality management system requirements.
• Conduct quality-related training and promote continuous improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Candidates with 2–5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or quality engineering within an EMS manufacturing environment are preferred.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and highly motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Familiar with ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards, as well as quality management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and control process abnormalities.
• Proven ability to handle customer audits and manage RMA processes.
• Language Proficiency: Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with our diverse clients, customers, and stakeholders.
