Process Quality Engineer

• Responsible for driving the implementation of after-sales repair strategies, processes, and quality standards.
• Review, pilot, validate, and implement new repair processes and technologies, ensuring SOPs are effectively rolled out across service centers and authorized partners.
• Establish and improve repair quality systems to reduce repeat repairs and enhance service quality.
• Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of complex or hard-to-reproduce repair cases, drive continuous improvement, and build a local repair knowledge and case database.
• Provide technical training and support to regional service teams and partners.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in EE, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in electronics hardware service, repair engineering, technical support, or repair operations. Experience with consumer electronics, mobile devices, smart hardware, or similar products is highly preferred.
• Repair Process & Quality: Hands-on experience with repair processes, quality control, SOP development, process optimization, and repair quality improvement. Proven ability to identify process gaps and implement corrective actions to reduce repeat repair rates and improve first-time repair quality.
• Technical Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate complex, intermittent, or difficult-to-reproduce hardware failures. Capable of leading root-cause analysis and developing practical solutions for challenging repair cases.
• Languages: Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with strong verbal and written communication skills for seamless collaboration with HQ and local/regional teams.
