PROCESS QUALITY ENGINEER (PQE)

We are hiring a Process Quality Engineer (PQE) for our quality department in e-cigarette / electronics manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and improve process quality across assembly, e-liquid filling, aging, and packaging processes.
2. Conduct failure analysis, implement corrective actions, and improve product yield.
3. Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) and mistake-proofing methods to prevent defects.
4. Guide and mentor Indonesian QC staff to ensure quality standards are met.
5. Support rotating shifts and ensure consistent quality control across production operations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. At least 5 years of e-cigarette process quality engineering (PQE) experience.
3. Familiar with failure analysis for assembly / e-liquid filling / aging / packaging processes, statistical process control (SPC), mistake-proofing, and yield improvement.
4. Fluent Mandarin and able to mentor Indonesian quality-control (QC) staff.
5. Able to support rotating shifts.
