What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the site's Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Program (RMP), driving regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Process Hazard Analyses (PHA), Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA) and Management of Change (MOC) processes to identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Investigate process safety incidents and near misses, leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing effective corrective actions.
• Strengthen process safety performance through compliance audits, operating procedure improvements, technical training and collaboration with site leadership.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of industrial experience, ideally within chemical manufacturing, petrochemicals, fertilisers or another process-intensive environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, PHA, MOC and incident investigation methodologies.
• A bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Safety Engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams, evaluating process risks and translating technical findings into practical safety improvements. Familiarity with PHAWorks or OESuites would be advantageous.
