What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA and SIL studies.
- Manage QRA, consequence modelling and risk assessments.
- Review fire and gas philosophy and hazardous-area requirements.
- Develop process safety philosophies and technical specifications.
- Review relief, flare, depressurization and emergency shutdown requirements.
- Track HAZOP and safety-study recommendations through closure.
- Coordinate with Process, Instrumentation, Piping, HSE and Project teams.
- Review vendor packages for process safety compliance.
- Support design reviews and regulatory/client safety requirements.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
- 10–15 years of relevant process safety experience.
- Strong experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical or EPCC projects.
- Practical experience in HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, SIL and QRA.
- Strong knowledge of applicable international process-safety standards.
- HAZOP Leader or Functional Safety certification will be an advantage.
Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
