What they need
- Lead a team towards process improvements, root cause analysis, define process parameters and drive for corrective action on process yield improvement.
- Responsible for providing process engineering support to the manufacturing lines as well as coaching to process engineers in solving line issues.
- Responsible of process jig and fixture development and qualification.
- Develop and implement process control strategies and capacity plans.
- Fully in charge for process flow, quality plan/process control plan and work instruction of processes.
- Drive for process cost reduction.
- Coordinate for continues process improvement.
- Liaise with manufacturing team in solving all processes' related issues and perform failure or root cause analysis for customer complaints which related to process issues.
- Carry out duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
