Process Server - Braxton County

Job Opportunity: Private Process Server (1099 Independent Contractor) ProVest , one of the nation's largest legal support services firms, is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in West Virginia (WV) .

Applicants must reside in West Virginia, preferably near Braxton County .

Requirements

• Minnesota residency (near listed county preferred)
• Complete 3 to 5 service attempts per assignments.
• All attempts must be completed on different days and properly documented through the ProVest mobile app with GPS-enabled photographs
• Willingness and ability to visit local courthouses to pick up filed documents and email them back to ProVest when requested
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
• Access to a computer, printer, scanner, and email
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation and reporting

Responsibilities

• Serve legal documents within assigned areas
• Manage assignments using ProVest's mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile)
• Document all service attempts using the mobile app, including GPS-stamped photographs
• Complete required service attempts in accordance with client guidelines
• Return completed documents and reports accurately and on time
• Plan routes and manage your own schedule
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times

Support Provided You will have a dedicated ProVest liaison for support. Training and support on ProVest's mobile applications and reporting requirements will be provided.
