About the Role

As a Process Server, you’ll be responsible for delivering legal documents to individuals for court purposes.

• Independent contractor (1099) position
• Paid $24 per successfully served case
• Paid bi-weekly
• Extremely flexible schedule—set your own hours as long as deadlines are met

Requirements

• Able to work mornings, days, nights, and some weekends
• Pass background check & drug screening
• Internet, computer, scanner, and printer
• Smartphone
• Reliable transportation

Job Responsibilities

• Print and organize cases
• Plan daily driving routes
• Serve legal documents at multiple addresses
• Use our app to document attempts and completed serves
• Communicate efficiently with office staff

Skills Needed

• Self-starter, highly organized, detail-oriented
• Strong time management & logistical skills
• Able to work under tight deadlines
• Level-headed and adaptable
