Process Service Operator

·         To carry out daily production schedules as instructed.

·         To control the process parameter and monitor quality control reports to produce consistent quality product to meet customer requirements.

·         To ensure the plant machinery and equipment are periodically serviced and maintained to avoid sudden breakdown which will affect the production capability.

·         To attend to plant breakdown and participate in trouble shooting of production process.

·         ·         To follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety compliance for chemical handling and servicing.

·         To conduct pre-use safety inspections of tools, equipment, and chlorine drums.

·         To perform preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failures.

·         To maintain accurate maintenance logs, service activities, and inspection reports.
