Role Overview

We are looking for a Process Simulation Engineer to lead virtual process simulation and Digital Pre-Assembly activities for AMRs, cobots and advanced manufacturing applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop virtual manufacturing cells, robot paths and reach studies using Process Simulation software.
• Simulate AMR navigation paths, fleet traffic flow and material-handling movement.
• Perform cobot/robot kinematic, reach and motion studies for manufacturing tasks.
• Develop end-effector/gripper clouds for fixture and tooling development.
• Assess cycle time including AMR travel time, robot/cobot task time and overall process completion time.
• Perform DPA checks for fitment, clearance, accessibility and interference and identify No-Go conditions.
• Modify robot/AMR paths and cobot task sequences based on layout, process, CAD and facility feedback.
• Support Virtual Build Events with station details, simulation videos, engineering presentations and documented outcomes.
• Evaluate multiple product/process variants, facility interferences and AMR traffic congestion. <
