Process & Governance Expert (HR NFR)

As a preferred supplier to one of our leading financial organisations, I am seeking a Process & Governance Expert for a 6+ months contract in Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

As a Process & Governance Expert, you will help create structure, transparency, and consistency across critical end to end global HR NFR processes. You will analyze existing ways of working, document and redesign processes, coordinate with numerous stakeholders across entities, and help establish sustainable governance practices.

You are someone who can work independently, navigate ambiguity, engage a large number of stakeholders, and translate complex activities into clear, structured process documentation and practical solutions.

You will play a key role in helping the team mature its operating model and strengthen its governance framework.

Experience:

• Mid-level or greater experience in process design, process mapping and structured documentation.
• Hands-on experience with data validation, reconciliation and data quality controls.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Practical experience with SharePoint, Power BI and workflow automation, such as Power Automate.
• Strong analytical, research and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver accurate outputs.
• Understanding of governance frameworks and the Three Lines of Defense model.
• Experience in Non-Financial Risk, Operational Risk, process management or financial services is advantageous.
