PROCESS SUPERVISOR (Direct Hiring)

Location: Quezon City, Philippines
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Night shift and/or rotational shifts depending on business requirements

About the Role

We’re looking for a Process Supervisor who can lead process improvements, optimize workflows, and work closely with different teams to drive operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Design and improve business workflows and procedures
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and process performance
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with different departments and stakeholders
• Lead process changes and train teams on new procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred
• 3–5+ years of experience in process optimization, operations, or business analysis
• BPO or shared services experience is an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM or workflow automation tools
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
