Process Supervisor 制程主管

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：

• Responsible for the management of the process team and driving the process improvement of major projects, cost reduction. 负责制程团队管理，推动重大项目改善进度，成本节约项目。
• Work with Quality team and Production team to achieve factory’s goals/targets (pass yield, productivity, scrap). 和品质及生产团队一起协作实现工厂的目标（良率、生产效率、报废率）。
• Lead process team to improve the process to achieve a better quality and efficiency performance. 带领制程团队改善制程，以实现更高的质量和效率表现。
• Supervise, coach and support process team’s daily work and provide directions. 监督、指导并支持团队日常工作的开展，并提供相关指引。
• Lead the customer process audits, follow up and close the cases of relevant process issues. 主导客户制程审核，相关制程问题点跟催结案。 任职要求：
• Education: Engineering bachelor degree or above, Mechanical or Electronics majors. 学历要求：工科本科及以上学历，机械或电子相关专业。
• Language : Good command of English skills, both in written and oral. 语言能力：英语口语、书面读写能力良好。
• Experience: At least 5 years working experience at a technical supervisor position in manufacturing industry. Cable assembly-manufacturing experience is preferred. Have good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. 工作经验：拥有制造业技术主管岗位 5 年及以上工作经验，有线缆组装生产经验优先；具备优秀的团队管理、沟通协调及人际交往能力。
