Process System Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Production System Engineer to drive the effective and sustainable implementation of the plant’s production system (RGCPS). The role focuses on continuous improvement, process optimization, waste reduction, and alignment with corporate production system standards to improve efficiency and overall operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sustainable implementation of RGCPS across the plant in alignment with Corporate Production System direction and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to employees on production systems, continuous improvement, and RGCPS practices.
• Lead Production, Logistics, and Process Engineers in implementing aligned processes and procedures for production line enrollment through graduation.
• Conduct regular RGCPS audits, including JIT and Jidoka, and communicate findings to engineers, supervisors, and department heads for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate existing production processes using RGCPS tools and develop simplified processes to eliminate waste, reduce inconsistencies, and improve work efficiency.
• Facilitate benchmarking of production system practices and performance across plants and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and validate Kaizen initiatives and support productivity improvement programs such as SGA and QCC.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
• Experience as a Production System / Continuous Improvement Engineer is an advantage.
• Knowledge of production systems, continuous improvement, and process optimization is preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, JIT, Jidoka, or similar improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
