Role & responsibilities
Expert in aerospace assembly process design, DFM, and tooling design reviews, with practical experience in developing assembly automation, custom fixtures, and detailed Standardized Operating Instructions (SOIs/SOPs). Combines hands-on assembly tooling and hand-tool proficiency with advanced manufacturing integration to optimize shop-floor throughput. Maintains comprehensive technical command of AS9100 standards, PFMEA, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAIR) compliance.
Candidate must be willing to attend F2F interview at Hyderbad location
