At the top of the PHB activities, follow the PHB and process development management methods to carry out process planning activities to ensure that all FDPR and project engineering items will be carried out according to the quality, cost and time objectives, to ensure that the production department fully understands the project, formal production organization members must be included in the process definition;

Be responsible for organizing the establishment and operation of the assembly process management system, taking customer modeling requirements as the leading factor, and ensuring that the whole process required by the management system is implemented and maintained effectively;

Be responsible for organizing project assistants to interpret the latest requirements and design requirements of customers, setting project objectives such as Beat, yield rate, Research and development of working hours, reviewing product data, organizing and planning process feasibility plans and implementing them;

Development and management of new projects (including being responsible for monitoring the tooling processing progress of new projects and arriving at the factory), decomposing and formulating the project process development plan and the formulation and effective implementation of the process flow, undertaking the process indicators in the project team, and decompose and formulate the indicators of the supporting process; Organize and evaluate the verification and confirmation activities of the process planning process ;

Be responsible for the quality review and effective monitoring of the pre-process of the product, the auxiliary design and scheme optimization of the tooling and equipment of the new project, and the layout and capacity planning of the production line;

Be responsible for the development of new processes of new projects and the implementation of innovative schemes, process production management, efficient and lean operation of processes, and ensure that the assembly production system is 100% delivered according to customer orders;

Be responsible for the efficient and lean operation of human, machine, material, method, environment and other factors in the process development department, and supervise the product/process quality;

Be responsible for personnel training in the field of project technology, and one person will be copied after each project is completed;

According to the requirements of VDA6.3, IATF 16949 and customer audit, identify the gap between the organization and the standard requirements, and organize improvement and review. After the audit is completed, review the rectification countermeasures from the professional and customer perspectives according to the audit problems, improve the process, guide the implementation of the rectification work, track the rectification progress of the audit problems, and rectify the deviation in time;
